		<description><![CDATA[Had my credit card in hand, ready to order, and decided that anything that sounds that good on tv should first be checked out!! WOW...so very glad that I did.  I am a cancer patient and live on a on very limited budget (SS) so I do not  have the luxury of risking that a product that SOUNDS so great may NOT be.
Customer Service is imperative to any company. I live in America and speak English (not discriminating, just stating FACT) I REFUSE to try to accomplish getting a product that is as advertised, and have the unfortunate experience of not being able to understand the representative. 
Word of advise: Word of Mouth is the BIGGEST advertising course any company can have. People will take time to voice an opinion when they get a bad deal, even more so than if they have a good review. Your customer service should be your number one priority.
I too will continue to check on this product, but will not invest until &quot;clogging&quot; issues are addressed and corrected and ? I see more positive reviews.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[On Dec 16 I ordered thru the tv promotion.  Even spoke to a live sales agent.  Took all my information.  Even got the upgrades and ordered rush shipment.  Three days later called about my order to track it.  Wow to my surprise money had been charged to my account but no one could find my order.  They even argueed with me that I hadn&#039;t placed and order.  Talked to 3 different people that I could barely understand.  It is true there customer service dept really suck.  I will not attempt to buy anythiing else from them..........]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I am grateful that people who experience problems take the time to be honest. This kind of sharing is what our country is all about. I disagree-this is not venting-it is truth to uphold the values on which our pledge and constitution was built.
I also had my CC ready. Thank you for helping us to keep such bad service from profiting. Those who have had good service-I would hope you would understand that others are not trying to hinder a product for any reason except bad experiences. I would hope for such people to support rather than cut down people who have not had positive experiences. Looks like there are more bad than good remarks. Sounds like they&#039;re nice and friendly when their taking your money and quite the opposite when there&#039;s a problem. Bad customer service is a huge pet peeve of mine.. One of which  I attempted to place on the automated service, which totally cut me off and I wasn&#039;t able to get a call back afater a couple of attemppts..  Then on the second attempt, I placed my prder via web site. Weeks later I see that the charges for both systems were placed on my CC. I am willing to pay and keep the first system,  however upon calling the contact number listed on my statement; I must have spent an hour trying to explain to the middle eastern person what I wanted to do, instead he kept trying to talk me into purchasing both systems and that my CC would conveniently be billed for what I owed.  What the hell kind of business is this when first of all, the people trying to fix the descrepancies can&#039;t even speak clearly for one to understand. Is this what our damn country is coming to? I&#039;m am very dissapointed in this company for conducting their business this way. Anyway to make a buck, right???]]></description>
