Should you not like item or its not functioning properly, you will deal with rude people who are not willing to help.Also, you must pay all shipping charges!!! and warranty doesnt cover much. They will only cover factory defect. And of course when your machine isn't working they are going to tell you its your fault!! Its too pricy with high risk! Not worth it! Temptu is great!
