Worked great for a moth. cleaned as instructed. Followed directions to a "T". then after I got the matt makeup unit began spitting and sputtering. Was sent a new stylus, week later than promised, and after I had to email to get a person. Told something wrong with the patch of matt makeup that was sent. So just tried new bottle of make up and stylus, same thing. Have to pull level all the way back...I think the ones that are happy must have a different compressor. mine only has one speed. I am going to call on Monday to see if they will help. I'll let you know how that works out. I am not very hopeful for a positive result. PLT, I am glad you passed on purchasing this product. If you choose to send it back they charge you $39.95 just for trying it which they do not mention in the comercial. They are CROOKS just out to get rich by taking advantage of people. Now they are on HSN for 149.00. I had a discount and ended up paying 129.00 for mine. You can get replacement parts and extra foundation, blush, etc. on HSN also. And, Ulta has all the extras also. So far, I love the look. I love the powder that comes with the kit also. HOWEVER, the needle that the make-up comes out of cloggs up all the time. Very frustrating. I had pretty good skin but I have the red blotches for being 66. This product is the best and I have spent alot of money trying to look as good as I can. I was raised to always look your best, and in 5 mins I am ready to go with a little eye makeup and lipstick. I used orther makeup artist makeup and this is by far the very best.
