You could add water to mineral makeup but it wont be the same coverage, i would not mix sheer cover, or any other powder for that mattter, with water and use it in this machine, it wont go on as smoothly and you would have blotches of color. the liquid makeup is formulated to a certain consistency so when you use is you have a smooth application, i wouldnt try it</description>
